JUDUL PENGARUH MUTU PEMBELAJARAN DARING DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP KEPUASAN MAHASISWA DI STIE “YKP” YOGYAKARTA
ABTRAKSI This study aims to determine the partial effect of 1) Online Learning Quality on Student Satisfaction, 2) Learning Motivation on Student Satisfaction, and to examine the effect simultaneously, 3) Online Learning Quality and Learning Motivation on Student Satisfaction at STIE "YKP" Yogyakarta. Survey research, quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were students at STIE "YKP" Yogyakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data sources include primary data obtained by providing a google from questionnaire via wattshap, and secondary data including literature studies. Tests in this study using Validity, Reliability, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing t Test, F Test, Correlation Coefficient Test (R), and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2). Data processing was carried out using SPSS computer software version 16.0 for windows. The results showed that the online learning quality variable had a significant effect on student satisfaction, where the significant value was 0.000 <0.05. The variable of learning motivation has a significant effect on student satisfaction where the significant value is 0.001 < 0.05. while simultaneously it is known that the variables of Online Learning Quality and Learning Motivation have a significant effect on student satisfaction where the significant value is 0.000 <0.05. In addition, the results of the calculation of R Square Quality of Online Learning and Learning Motivation are 0,533 or 53.3% on Student Satisfaction, while the remaining 46.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
