This study aims to determine the effect of Internal Communication and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Perception.
This type of research is a survey research, with a quantitative approach. The research sample of 50 employees of the District and District Empowerment Office of Wonogiri District. The research data are primary data obtained through questionnaires with alternative answers using a five-point Likert scale, with saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation are broken down into three hypotheses that are tested by t test and F test.
T test results show that there is a positive and significant influence between Internal Communication on Employee Performance Perception with a significance value of 0,000 and there is also a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Perception with a significance value of 0.012. F Test results show that there is a significant influence between Internal Communication and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Perception with a significance value of 0,000.
